CANCELLATION POLICY

Out of respect for my time and other clients, 48 hours' notice is required for any cancellations or rescheduling. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours' notice, a new deposit will be needed to book again. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable after 48 hours. No-shows will lose their deposit and will be banned from booking future appointments. Please text me ASAP if you will be late, as I will still try and fit you in, but your service may need to be adjusted or rescheduled with a new deposit for the inconvenience. All services and product sales are final. No exceptions. I ONLY provide intimate waxing for females! If you are a male booking a female waxing service for yourself, your appointment will be denied.
